Alysha De Laurell, PA-C received a bachelor’s degree in health care from the University of Colorado and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Northern Arizona University. She chose to pursue a career in medicine because of her passion for taking care of others and her interest in the complexity of the human body. Her love for being active and healthy motivated her to specialize in orthopedics.
As a healthcare provider, Alysha loves the opportunity she has to develop relationships with her patients and help change their lives through healthy habits. Alysha also strives to communicate and empathize with her patients to help them feel comfortable and confident about their care.
Outside of the clinic, Alysha enjoys staying healthy by working out, hiking and eating well. She also enjoys being with family and friends and likes to read. Alysha is married and has two dogs. She and her husband like to travel, explore new places and eat good food.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
