Andrea Alfandre, NP


Andrea Alfandre, FNP-C completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She later received her Master of Science in nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is board-certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Andrea was born and raised in Tarija, Bolivia. She later moved to the United States to pursue her education and career goals. As a nurse, Andrea gained extensive experience in adult intensive care. While working as a nurse in the Neuro Shock Trauma Unit at Utah Valley Hospital, she quickly learned that she loved having one-on-one time with each of her patients. Andrea decided to become a nurse practitioner so that she could work closely with and improve the health of patients and families on a more personal level. Andrea believes that each patient is unique and therefore deserves thoughtful and thorough treatment plan. 

When she isn’t working, Andrea enjoys reading, dancing, traveling, camping, hiking and spending time with her husband Michael. She speaks English, Spanish and some Portuguese.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
