What I enjoy most about my job is the relationships I develop with my patients and coworkers. The staff in my office welcomed me immediately and made me feel like part of the team. I feel very comfortable here and have made some good friends. The patients I have had the opportunity to work with so far have also welcomed me. There are some patients that I see often and I’ve come to develop a trusting relationship with them. I feel like these types of relationships are crucial to providing the best care possible and I feel fortunate to be in this position.
I believe that patient communication is one of the most important aspects of patient care. Understanding their wishes and making sure they understand their condition are the keys to providing the best treatment and obtaining the best possible outcomes for each individual patient.
Joining the Revere Health team has been a great experience. Being a member of this organization makes me feel that I am a part of team whose main focus is helping others. As part of this team, I feel that I am supported and empowered to provide the best care possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, mountain biking, and traveling. I also love spending time with my family and friends. I am originally from South Dakota, where my parents still live and work. I am the younger of two children. My older sister, Ali, lives in St. Louis.
A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.
Patients today have more choices than ever, including where, how and from whom they get care. That's why Revere Health believes it's important to provide access to transparent information, empowering our patients to make knowledgable decisions about their healthcare.
CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
