Brian Huber, DNP, FNP recently joined Revere Health Delta Family Medicine as its newest healthcare provider. Huber is a Delta native and studied medicine at Southern Utah University and Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

Prior to joining Delta Family Medicine, Huber served as a staff nurse at Delta Community Hospital, Mountain View Hospital in Payson, Utah, and hospitals in Idaho and North Dakota. In addition to providing general family medicine services, Huber also has experience in trauma care, pediatrics and adolescent care, orthopedics, dermatology and cardiovascular care.

When he’s not caring for patients, Huber likes to spend time with his wife, children and two dogs. He also enjoys fitness and outdoor activities, going to sporting events with his family and studying history, languages and cultures. Huber loves new things and recently started taking piano lessons.

Survey Details

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
