Caitlin Mallory, NP

Caitlin Mallory, NP loves working in healthcare and being able to make a difference in patients’ lives each day. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2012 and her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) in 2018 at Brigham Young University.

Caitlin decided to specialize in family medicine because she gets to meet people of all ages, tend to a wide variety of healthcare needs and is able to establish longstanding relationships with her patients. She appreciates the rewarding feeling of helping someone find a medical solution that best fits their needs.

Outside of work Caitlin loves spending time with family. She is married and is lucky enough to have her four sisters live in the area. She is passionate about traveling and seeing new cultures, is an avid reader, a food lover and a gardener.

Survey Details

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
