Chuck Jarvis, DNP

Cardiology

Chuck Jarvis received his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Utah Valley University and later received his doctoral degree in nursing from the University of Utah. He always had a passion for helping those in need and knew he wanted to pursue a career in medicine at a young age.

Chuck chose to specialize in cardiology because of his fascination with cardiac anatomy and physiology. He enjoys working with patients in every phase of heart rhythm management and prides himself in his ability to perform non-invasive heart rhythm therapies.

Chuck grew up on a family farm and ranch in southern Utah County. He enjoys the outdoors and working with the animals on the ranch. He and his wife like to travel often with their children. Chuck is a member of the Utah Nurse Practitioner network.

Survey Details

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
