Danielle is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is a Certified Dietitian in the State of Utah. She was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She loves everything about the heat and after living 7 years in Utah, she still struggles with the cold winters. She received her undergraduate degree in Dietetics at Brigham Young University and her RDN from Utah State.

Danielle’s background in dietetics includes personal counseling, wellness coaching and exercise therapy. Danielle has worked at Primary Children’s Hospital, Hill Air Force Base and Utah Valley Hospital. Danielle enjoys meeting new people and loves helping others live healthier and happier through diet and exercise. She counsels with the motto, “You are what you eat…so don’t be easy, cheap or fake!”

Survey Details

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
