Heather Dunford, PA-C completed her Bachelor of Science at Utah State University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degrees at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She received her Doctor of Medical Science at Rocky Mountain University with a concentration in Advanced Clinical Practice. Heather is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Heather is interested in making healthcare more accessible, affordable, and effective for all her patients. Her interest in healthcare began when her son was diagnosed with liver disease. While working with gastroenterologists, she became interested in the science and art of helping people heal and live better lives. Working as a PA is a dream come true for her as it allows her to help her patients and reminds her of those who helped her family. She loves to develop relationships of mutual trust and respect. Heather believes that healthcare works best when we are all on the same team with common goals. She also believes that every person has value and should be heard and listened to.

Outside of medicine, Heather enjoys activities with her husband, six children and her perfect grandchildren. She loves to be outdoors, enjoys traveling, reading, playing board games, and watching movies.
