Jasmine Jenkins, FNP-C, is a certified member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her Master of Science in 2019 from Brigham Young University at the top of her class. Jasmine became a registered nurse in 2013 and has been working with Revere Health Family Medicine since 2018.

Jasmine chose to work in urgent care & family medicine because of her experience as a nurse in the intensive care unit. She has always had a passion for medicine and she feels that urgent care/family medicine seems like the perfect way to continue her education and career. She feels that urgent care is a great mix of adrenaline and family medicine.

Jasmine grew up in a small town in Wasatch County. She loves doing anything outside while spending time with her family and some of her favorite activities include mountain biking, hiking and water skiing. She is passionate about preventive care, healthy lifestyles, nutrition and exercise.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
