I spent 22 years as a shock trauma nurse and I enjoyed taking care of critically ill adults. I have since transitioned to family practice and I love preventing illness and maximizing healthy living for our patients. Identifying areas where patients can improve their health and seeing the benefits of those choices are rewarding to me.

Being a mom is one of my greatest joys. I have four children: two that are married, a son on an LDS mission, and a 16-year-old. I have enjoyed being active in their lives and supporting them in musical, sporting and church events.

Outside the clinic, I like to spend time outdoors hiking, riding ATVs, playing sports and working in the garden. I have traveled a lot with my kids for different sporting events, but one of my favorite traveling experiences was when I went to Ghana for several weeks with BYU nursing students during my graduate studies.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
