My favorite thing about working in the medical field is the unique feeling that comes from helping people on a daily basis. From a young age, I knew I wanted to work in the health profession. After working as a registered nurse for 15 years, I went to school at the University of Northern Colorado to become a nurse practitioner. I thoroughly enjoy my work as a nurse practitioner and appreciate the experience and understanding I received while working closely with patients for so many years. I have enjoyed helping patients as far away as Iraq and as close to home as their own living room.

My wife and I have four amazing children. I grew up in Utah County and we recently moved back after living in Northern Colorado for 10 years. I enjoy hunting big game and spending time outdoors while hiking, camping and being with my family.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
