Leslie Smith, NP, received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Westminster College. She has worked in the Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse for more than 20 years and taught as a Clinical Instructor for undergraduate nursing students at Westminster. Leslie is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), American Nurses Association (ANA), and the Utah Nurses Association (UNA).

Leslie chose medicine as her profession because it’s a field that is constantly evolving. She enjoys learning about and utilizing the latest advancements in medical technology to provide the best possible care. She is excited to join “exceptional colleagues” in the cardiology department and provide excellent service that is the department’s standard.

In her free time, Leslie loves spending time with her family, traveling, baking, reading and making jewelry. She also enjoys antiques and going to art galleries.
