I have been involved in healthcare for a number of years, starting out as an EMT and finishing from with my Masters in Nursing from BYU. I have worked many different jobs and held a variety of positions, all of which have given me valuable experience and helped to shape my career.

As a nurse practitioner, I am able to help patients get the treatment and care they need. It is very satisfying to visit with patients after they have dealt with nasal congestion, sinus pain, ear pain, etc. for years and are now getting relief and the treatment they need.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Crystal, and our three children: Colson, Amos and Josephine. We love to ski, hike, camp and travel together.

Survey Details

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
