After completing her Bachelor of Nursing from Brigham Young University, Libby Willmore, FNP-C, completed her Master of Family Nurse Practitioner, also from Brigham Young University. She is a certified member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Libby loves working in primary care and feels incredibly lucky to get to help her patients live healthy and happy lives. Primary care includes many kinds of treatment and she enjoys working with her patients to find the options that work best for them.

Outside of the clinic Libby enjoys rock climbing, river rafting, mountain biking and being an amateur ukulele enthusiast.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
