Lindsey Mortensen, FNP-C, AANP obtained a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Weber State University and a Master of Science in nursing at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She has training in infertility, women’s health, obstetrics, and pediatrics. Lindsey is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, is a current member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and specializes in family medicine, women’s health, and pediatrics.
Lindsey chose to pursue a career in medicine after working with a dentist on surgical cases. Because of this experience, she cultivated a love for the medical field and decided that medicine was the right career for her. As a registered nurse, Lindsey has worked in both an adult step-down ICU and in the neonatal intensive care unit. She chose to specialize in family medicine because she loves to work with all age groups. Lindsey believes in the importance of family connection. She strives to offer her patients and their families as much information about procedures as possible to put them at ease and to help them feel understood. Lindsey is passionate about creating and maintaining family connections and strives to foster an environment where every family member can feel safe and supported.
When she is not taking care of patients, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family. She is an adventure seeker who loves traveling, exploring the outdoors, visiting Lake Powell, hiking, and snowboarding.
A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
