Lonny D. Krause, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah and his Master of Science from Georgetown University School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Lonny has previously worked as an ICU nurse, emergency department nurse and a critical care rural transport nurse.
Lonny began his medical profession as a volunteer EMT in a small Utah community. He has always had an interest in helping others and learning about the human body, and he knew from a young age that he wanted to be in the medical profession. Lonny was drawn to cardiology because of the large population that is affected by cardiovascular disease and the desire to make a difference. Lonny understands the importance of listening and providing individualized care, and he loves to help people achieve the best health and wellness they can.
Lonny enjoys being with family and friends and doing outdoor activities such as riding ATVs, fishing and snowboarding. When he can, he loves to travel to new places and spend time with his many nieces and nephews.
A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.
Patients today have more choices than ever, including where, how and from whom they get care. That's why Revere Health believes it's important to provide access to transparent information, empowering our patients to make knowledgable decisions about their healthcare.
CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
