Whether it is weight loss, improved diabetes control, less fatigue, lowered cholesterol, better blood pressure or improved mood, Megan is dedicated to helping her patients improve their lives through nutrition.

Megan specializes in weight loss, medical nutrition therapy, motivational interviewing and health coaching. She is also a certified dietitian in the state of Utah.

In her free time, Megan enjoys hiking and backpacking with her husband and dog, baking, and playing the bagpipes in a local band. She loves traveling and enjoys learning about different cultures.
