Nathan Bliss, PA has always enjoyed helping people feel better and knew he wanted to study science from a young age. These two interests led him to pursue a degree in medicine. According to Nathan, medicine is a perfect marriage between the two.
Nathan chose family medicine as a specialty because he appreciates the diversity of patients he is able to interact with. One of Nathan’s favorite parts of his work is developing strong and lasting relationships with his patients. He enjoys seeing his patients throughout all the stages of their lives, from birth to adolescence and into adulthood.
During Nathan’s training, he has focused on developing skills in dermatology. His skills within this area include suturing, skin biopsies, identifying rashes and other aspects of skin care.
When he’s not at the clinic, Nathan spends time with his three young sons. They go on camping trips and enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities together, such as arrowhead hunting, chopping firewood and geocaching. They also like to build with metal or wood together. Nathan labels himself as a world traveler, an avid outdoorsman (he often goes solo-hiking in the mountains) and a cheese connoisseur.
Nathan is passionate about educating himself and his family. He loves his job because he is able to continually learn and grow in the field of medicine. Nathan believes that education is important for the future of his children and society.
A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.
Patients today have more choices than ever, including where, how and from whom they get care. That's why Revere Health believes it's important to provide access to transparent information, empowering our patients to make knowledgable decisions about their healthcare.
CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
