Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner in August of 2015, I worked in the Emergency Department at Utah Valley Hospital as a trauma nurse, and prior to that worked on a cardiac unit at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City. Helping individuals during a time of great need is a rewarding experience. Advancing my education as a nurse practitioner has been challenging and rewarding, and I find great satisfaction in caring for people who are in genuine need.
I spent 8 years serving in the US Army Reserve, which included a tour of duty in Afghanistan, as a member of a Civil Affairs team. I also served an LDS mission in Jamaica. Time spent overseas has given me a greater appreciation and knowledge of other cultures. Part of my military training included training in the Spanish Language at the Defense Language Center in Monterey, CA.
I currently live in Lehi, Utah with my wife, Nicole, and two young children. Some of my favorite activities include hiking, traveling, exercising, playing with our dog, Clover (a Bernese Mountain Dog) and just spending time together.

A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.
Patients today have more choices than ever, including where, how and from whom they get care. That's why Revere Health believes it's important to provide access to transparent information, empowering our patients to make knowledgable decisions about their healthcare.
CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
