Stephen Brockbank, OD was inspired to pursue a career in medicine through the example of his grandfather, who was a family medicine physician. He chose to specialize in optometry because of the importance of maintaining healthy vision. Dr. Brockbank is fascinated by the eye and its connection with the brain.
In addition to providing primary eye care, Dr. Brockbank can diagnose and treat both acute and chronic diseases of the eye, and fit difficult corneas with contact lenses to help improve vision, including scleral, hybrid and rigid lenses. He also enjoys working with children and is passionate about helping those who struggle with learning as a result of poor vision.
Dr. Brockbank is a father of six and loves spending time with his family. He and his wife enjoy watching and supporting their children in activities they are passionate about, as well as serving in their church and children’s schools. Outside the clinic, Dr. Brockbank can be found cycling, watching local sports teams and enjoying the outdoors.
A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.
Patients today have more choices than ever, including where, how and from whom they get care. That's why Revere Health believes it's important to provide access to transparent information, empowering our patients to make knowledgable decisions about their healthcare.
CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
