Bio	Steve Garrard, NP obtained a Bachelor of Science in nursing at California State University, a certificate of completion in the RN First Assistant Program at the Perioperative Plus Associates/Gateway Community College in Phoenix, Arizona, and a Master of Science – Family Nurse Practitioner at California State University. He is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in orthopedics. He speaks fluent English and Spanish. Steve strives to empower his patients by involving them in the treatment planning process and creating a personalized healthcare plan. He explains complex medical concepts in an easy-to-understand way, and will take the extra time necessary to ensure all his patients’ questions are answered. Above all, Steve values the health and happiness of his patients. When he is not taking care of patients, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports.
