Tim Forshay, PA-C received his training from Touro University Nevada in Henderson, Nevada and most recently practiced in his home state of Colorado, treating a wide variety of patients and conditions.

As a child, Tim always enjoyed going to work with his father, who is also a physician assistant. Seeing his dad interact with patients sparked his interest in medicine. Tim now practices family medicine and enjoys the diversity of the field along with the opportunity to help people every day.

Outside the clinic, Tim enjoys sailing, trivia and spending time with his two sons. He was also a state champion line cook in high school. Tim speaks Lao and some Spanish.

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
