I was born and raised in Provo, Utah and graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. I completed my Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah in 2011. From 2011 to 2015 I worked in Urology with Revere Health, running several satellite clinics in rural Utah communities. In April of 2015, I started working in Family Practice and I really enjoy it.

I spend my time away from work with my wife, Ashley, and our three cute kids. I enjoy having one-on-one time with each of my kids and the family adventures that we all have together. My favorite times are when I’m hiking along with my family in the great outdoors on one of our many camping trips. I’m an avid runner (running at least one marathon, typically in Disney World, and several half marathons every year). I love backpacking, canyoneering, scuba diving and doing projects around the house.

As a Revere Health provider, I take pride in caring for my patients. Their health and happiness are my top priority, and I take time to educate and communicate with each of my patients. Communication is essential to an effective provider/patient relationship. I work directly with my patients and their families to create a healthcare plan specific to their needs and goals.

Survey Details

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
