Tye Jensen, PA-C was born and raised in Provo, Utah and graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He completed his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah in 2011. From 2011 to 2015 he worked in Urology with Revere Health, running several satellite clinics in rural Utah communities. In April of 2015, he started working in Family Practice and really enjoy it.
He spends his time away from work with his wife, Ashley, and their three cute kids. He enjoys having one-on-one time with each of his kids and going on family adventures. His favorite times are when he’s hiking along with his family in the great outdoors on one of their many camping trips. He’s an avid runner (running at least one marathon, typically in Disney World, and several half marathons every year). He loves backpacking, canyoneering, scuba diving and doing projects around the house.
A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.
Patients today have more choices than ever, including where, how and from whom they get care. That's why Revere Health believes it's important to provide access to transparent information, empowering our patients to make knowledgable decisions about their healthcare.
CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
