Revere Health is divided into departments by specialty. Each department receives the net revenue generated by the providers in the department and is also responsible for direct expenses. General & Administrative Expenses (G&A) are allocated to departments based on the department’s percentage of total clinic net revenue. Revenues and expenses are distributed to individual physicians based on their respective department policies.
