Jon P. Hubbard, DO

Jon Hubbard, DO obtained a Bachelor of Science at Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition to his education, Dr. Hubbard completed a family practice residency at Idaho State University. He is board-certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and specializes in family medicine.

Dr. Hubbard chose to pursue a career in medicine because he loves to take care of people. He has been in practice for more than 20 years, 10 of which have been with Revere Health. In addition to regular family practice visits, Dr. Hubbard performs many in-office procedures including fracture care, wound repair, IUDs, and biopsies.

When he is not taking care of patients, Dr. Hubbard enjoys spending time with his family outside and going 4-wheeling in the deserts of Southern Utah.
