Revere Health to permanently close its Rock Run Family Medicine office at the end of March 2024

Dear Valued Patients:  

It is with heavy hearts that we share with you the closure of Revere Health Rock Run Family Medicine effective Friday, March 29th, 2024. We will continue seeing patients in our Roy office through 3/28/24. 

Our many providers and staff have had the privilege of caring for you and your family, along with many others in the Roy area, for many years. It has been our honor to provide your medical care. 

We understand that change can be stressful, and we are here to ease that transition as much as possible. We hope to continue to provide for your healthcare needs at our Revere Health Farr West Family Medicine and Urgent Care Clinic located at 2850 N. 2000 W. STE 101 Farr West, UT 84404. Shiloh Manning, FNP, will begin seeing patients at this location on 3/29/24 alongside Dr. Bruce Larsen and NP Joni Jones. You may schedule an appointment with these providers by calling 801-528-5095.
