Dr. Troy Lunceford is certified as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) by the Federal Aviation Administration for Classes 1, 2, and 3 and basic medical exams. Please review the physical exam information below.
Flight physicals are available by appointment only. Call to schedule an appointment with our AME. Flight physicals and consultations may be billable to insurance in some instances (for example, if you have medical concerns or are unsure of qualifications). The FAA exam may be covered if associated with a wellness exam.

The aviation medical examiner will do a physical examination checking areas such as your eyesight, hearing, lung function, and others to determine ability to fly.
Status reports may be required. There are medical conditions and medications that require status reports from your treating provider in order for you to be medically certified. You will need to provide this at the time of your exam. When you schedule your appointment we will provide instructions regarding these reports.
