Blake (Orrin) Hansen, NP-C

Blake Hansen, NP-C completed his Bachelor of Science in nursing from Weber State University. Later, he completed his Master of Science in nursing from the University of Utah College of Nursing. While working at the University of Utah, Blake received the Daisy Award, an award given to nurses who provide extraordinary and compassionate care. Blake is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in family and internal medicine.

His interest in medicine began with his desire to help people of all ages be their healthiest selves. Blake chose to pursue family and internal medicine, as these specialties offer him the ability to help a wide range of people. Blake strives to provide quality care to each of his patients by listening intently to each concern.

When he’s not in the office, Blake likes to watch hockey and baseball, enjoys Dutch oven cooking, and currently volunteers with Safe Kids as a Child Passenger Safety Technician and a Shriner Clown with Shriners International and Shriners Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City.
