Crystal Huffaker, DNP, FNP-BC

Crystal Huffaker is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Brigham Young University. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Since 2008, Crystal has worked as a nurse practitioner in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Pain Management, where she has also treated a variety of urologic conditions. This experience has prepared her to transition into her current role at the Revere Health Urology Clinic. She was drawn to Revere Health because of its strong commitment to patient-centered care. She values the opportunity to spend meaningful time with patients, listening to their concerns and collaborating on treatment goals.

Crystal focuses on staying current with the latest clinical recommendations and works to ensure that her patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys hiking in the mountains and being outdoors. She especially loves time with her husband and their three sons, often cheering them on at their many sports activities.
