Dayna Bergman, PA-C

Dayna Bergman, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who is passionate about building strong patient relationships and providing thoughtful, long-term care. She earned her Bachelor of Exercise Science from Utah Tech University (formerly Dixie State University) and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at South College in Tennessee. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Dayna has been fascinated by medicine since a young age, and her experience volunteering at a local clinic confirmed her desire to pursue a career in healthcare. While volunteering, she enjoyed connecting with patients, helping them understand their symptoms, and seeing how meaningful a provider’s support can be over time. This experience inspired her to seek a profession where she could make a lasting, positive difference in people’s lives.

Dayna was drawn to Revere Health because of the kindness and support she felt from the team from the very beginning. She values a collaborative environment and looks forward to contributing to a culture that puts patients at the center of every decision.

Outside of work, Dayna enjoys staying active and trying new things. She loves reading, rock climbing, playing volleyball, and exploring new hobbies whenever she gets the chance.
