Kayleena Faulkner, Au.D

Kayleena Faulkner, AuD, is an audiologist who works closely with ear, nose, and throat (ENT) providers to support comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of hearing and balance-related conditions.

Kayleena earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Utah before completing her Doctorate in Audiology at the same institution in 2025. She is board-certified and licensed in the state of Utah.

Her clinical services include diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid programming and troubleshooting, hearing aid demonstration services, real ear measurement verification, and ongoing hearing management in collaboration with ENT specialists. She completed her fourth-year clinical externship at an ENT practice in Salt Lake City, where she gained extensive experience caring for patients with a wide range of ear-related conditions and hearing concerns.

Kayleena was drawn to Revere Health for its strong commitment to high-quality patient care and team-based collaboration. As a lifelong music lover, she is passionate about helping patients reconnect with meaningful sounds such as music, conversation, and nature. Her goal is to help patients fully understand their hearing health and treatment options while ensuring care plans follow the gold standard in audiology.

Outside of work, Dr. Faulkner enjoys hiking with her husband and their two dogs, as well as disc golfing with friends.
