Kody Holt, FNP-C

Kody Holt is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Utah University and his Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University. Kody is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds an additional certification in wound care through the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy.

Kody has worked primarily in rural healthcare settings throughout his career and has extensive experience treating a wide variety of illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions. This broad background has made him a well-rounded provider who is prepared to address nearly any health concern his patients may have.

Kody has been passionate about medicine since childhood and enjoys helping individuals improve both their quality of life and longevity. He was drawn to Revere Health because of its strong commitment to communication, teamwork, innovation, and patient-centered care—values that align closely with his own. His goals as a provider are to deliver excellent care, embody Revere Health’s core mission, and continually strive for better patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Kody enjoys playing music—especially the piano—as well as spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, and running.
