Leslie Forbush, PMHNP

Leslie Forbush, NP, is a family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to helping patients improve their mental health and overall well-being. With decades of experience in healthcare, Leslie focuses on supporting patients through complex mental health challenges while helping them work toward meaningful and realistic wellness goals.

Leslie earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in nursing education from Walden University. She also earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Bradley University. Leslie also holds a post-master’s certificate as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Wilkes University. She is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Her clinical expertise includes the treatment and management of major depressive disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, and mental health care for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Leslie is passionate about creating a supportive and respectful environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their care.

As a provider at Revere Health, Leslie strives to support patients who are navigating mental health challenges and help them achieve healthier, more balanced lives.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys traveling, participating in humanitarian work, and creating or teaching stained glass art. She also loves hiking and reading.
