Lexi Hartley, FNP-C

Lexi Hartley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in Family Medicine. She is fluent in Spanish and certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Lexi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University–Idaho and her Master of Science in Nursing from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.

Before joining Revere Health, Lexi worked as a bedside nurse in the emergency room, where she gained valuable experience caring for patients with urgent and complex needs. This experience strengthened her ability to respond quickly, manage diverse conditions, and provide compassionate, effective care.

Lexi loves the evolving field of medicine and the learning opportunities it offers. She enjoys connecting with patients and strives to bring comfort and positivity to every encounter. Her professional goals include continuing her education through ongoing training and fostering collaborative, open communication to increase patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Outside of work, Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons. Together, they love swimming, playing at the park, and exploring the outdoors. When she finds a quiet moment, Lexi enjoys reading and playing golf.
