Lisa Colleen Smith, FNP-C

Lisa Smith, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing patient-centered Primary Care for patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University in 2017 and completed her Master of Science with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus at Brigham Young University in 2025. Lisa is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and speaks Mandarin Chinese.

Formerly an emergency and trauma nurse, Lisa brings calm clinical judgment and practical skills from years of caring for patients in high-pressure situations. She was inspired to pursue medicine after losing her infant sister and is committed to helping families through difficult moments.

At Revere Health, Lisa focuses on building trusting relationships, managing chronic conditions, and supporting preventative care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, hiking with her dog, and curling up with a good book.
