Vanessa Beard-Ely, PA-C obtained a Bachelor of Science in psychology at Indiana University and a Master of Science in physician assistant studies at Butler University. She also completed clinical rotations in orthopedics, psychiatry, emergency medicine, pediatrics, family medicine, women’s health, neurology, cardiology/cardiac electrophysiology, internal medicine, and general surgery. Vanessa is board certified with the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants and specializes in neurology.

Vanessa has always enjoyed learning and helping people solve complex problems. She chose to pursue a career in medicine to help save lives and improve the quality of life for others. In her practice, she uses a communicative approach and carefully listens to the needs of each patient. Vanessa is committed to continuously improving her skills and knowledge by staying up-to-date on the best and latest treatments for neurologic problems.

When she is not taking care of patients, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family, drawing, painting, skiing, and mountain biking.
