Zeke Wilkerson, FNP-C

Zeke Wilkerson, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner who believes excellent primary care starts with strong relationships. He trained at Roseman University of Health Sciences, earning both a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Nursing with family nurse practitioner certification. Zeke’s clinical background spans emergency medicine, family practice, and endocrinology — experience that shaped his practical, team-based approach to care.

At Revere Health, Zeke focuses on chronic care management, remote patient monitoring, transitional care management, wound care, and comprehensive primary and family care — with particular interest in endocrine disorders. He’s board-certified as an FNP-C and practices as an APRN. He emphasizes evidence-based treatment plans, clear patient education, and coordinated care across specialties.

Zeke was attracted to Revere Health because of its commitment to value-based care (VBC). His goal is to demonstrate how VBC leads to better outcomes, fewer health surprises, and more personalized care. When he’s not with patients, Zeke enjoys playing and watching sports, exercising, and spending time with his family.
