| Christi Johnson, MSN, RN, serves as the Director of Risk Management at Revere Health, where she is dedicated to building safer systems that support both patients and providers. She brings a strong background in clinical care and healthcare leadership, with a focus on creating practical processes that improve patient safety and strengthen organizational outcomes. Christi earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. She began her career as a registered nurse in the emergency department and labor and delivery, where she developed a deep appreciation for compassionate, high-stakes care. She later moved into executive and program leadership roles, helping develop systems that improved safety, efficiency, and quality across healthcare settings. Christi was drawn to Revere Health for its genuine commitment to a patient first model. In her role, she is focused on building a proactive culture of safety and promoting a “just culture” approach that supports transparency, learning, and system improvement. Outside of work, Christi enjoys camping, exploring Utah’s outdoors, painting, and spending time with family and friends. |
