On August 11, 2025, unauthorized access occurred in a third-party service used to process certain patient and payer payments. Access was limited to a short time and promptly secured.

We worked quickly with the service provider to secure the system, have enhanced safeguards, and are providing 12 months of free credit monitoring and identity protection through Norton LifeLock to those impacted by the breach.

If you received a breach notification letter from Revere Health stating that your personal information may have been exposed in this breach, we encourage you to take advantage of the free Norton LifeLock services by following the instructions included with the letter.
