Brent Lambson, DO, Leaves Revere Health

Brent Lambson, DO, is moving to Idaho for personal reasons and has therefore left Revere Health Orthopedics. His last day seeing patients in clinic was December 31, 2024.

We encourage you to continue to come to Revere Health and visit any of our other talented providers for your Orthopedic needs. For patients who are in active treatment, you may follow-up with:

Your medical records will remain with Revere Health. If you choose to seek care elsewhere, you may fill out an authorization form to transfer your records to a new provider. You can request your medical records on our website, through the FollowMyHealth patient portal, or call 801.429.8062 for assistance.
