Christina Tipton, LCSW, Leaving Revere Health

Christina Tipton, LCSW, is relocating with her husband out of state and will therefore be leaving Revere Health as of April 23, 2025.

To meet your ongoing needs, Shani Hunsaker, LMFT, is available for in person and telehealth appointments in the same offices Monday-Friday. The Farr West office can assist you with rescheduling any upcoming appointment(s) that were scheduled with Christina as well as assist you with any future appointment needs.

Our Behavioral Health department also has two additional therapists in Utah and Washington Counties. Darrin Brandt and Rafael Sanchez are available via telehealth appointments, and our front desk team can also assist you in scheduling with them. Office scheduling numbers are listed below:

Should you choose to transfer your care to another provider outside of Revere Health, please call our records department at 801-429-8062 or click here to request your records online. Please contact your primary care provider to request a referral to your new behavioral health provider of choice if you select a provider outside of Revere Health.
