Doctor Eric Carter Retires from Revere Health Cardiology

Eric Carter, MD, has retired from Revere Health as of August 15, 2025. Dr. Carter provided Cardiology services for many years and will be missed within Revere Health and Utah County.

If you were a patient of Dr. Carter, your medical records will remain with Revere Health. If you choose to seek care elsewhere, you may fill out an authorization form to transfer your records to a new provider. Click here for more information about requesting your medical records.

Dr. Carter issued the following statement regarding his retirement:

I would like to thank all of you for trusting me and my staff with your heart health and welcoming us into many of the significant personal aspects of your lives. It has been a great honor for all of us here at Revere Health to be trusted in this way. And it has been one of the greatest pleasures of my daily work to visit with each of you, become acquainted with your families, share in your health concerns, and assist in healing and improving your daily well-being. For all these blessings to me, thank you sincerely. I have loved my work, mostly because of the privilege to be in your circle and assist you in your health. I continue to believe in Revere Health’s mission of value-based care and hope you continue to receive the care you deserve.
