Main Street Family Medicine in Enterprise Joins Revere Health

Enterprise, UT — November 2025 — Revere Health is pleased to announce that Main Street Family Medicine in Enterprise, Utah, will be joining its network of clinics in January 2026. The clinic, led by Dr. Colten Bracken, will continue to provide the same high-quality, personalized care that Enterprise residents have come to trust—now with expanded access to Revere Health’s resources and coordinated care network.

Dr. Bracken, who grew up in Enterprise, earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Utah University and his medical degree from the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. After completing his Family Practice Residency in Provo, Utah, he practiced in Richfield before returning home to establish Main Street Family Medicine. His dedication to serving his hometown has earned his clinic a strong reputation for compassionate, community-centered care.

First and foremost, I want our patients to know that they can expect the same level of care and service they’ve always received,” said Dr. Bracken. “We’ll continue providing the same great care just under a new name.
