Revere Health Locations Earn Quality Awards for Demonstrating Excellence in Patient Care

PROVO, UT – January 5, 2016 – Four Revere Health locations have been presented with the 2015 HealthInsight Quality Award for demonstrating high-quality patient care and a commitment to improving health care. The award is presented by HealthInsight, and was given to the following Revere Health clinics: American Fork Internal Medicine, Orem Internal Medicine, Payson Internal Medicine and Provo Internal Medicine.

The 2015 HealthInsight Quality Award recognizes physician office practices that implement one innovation in health care that sets their clinic apart, incorporate patient engagement tools and strategies into their care processes, participate in a data reporting quality initiative, use population care management methods regularly and achieve exemplary performance on five (three for pediatric practices) nationally-recognized quality and customer experience measures.

Revere Health has implemented several quality initiative programs in their practices. The internal medicine clinics in American Fork, Orem, Payson and Provo all benefit from the data analysis that happens clinic-wide. Additionally, the physicians take this data and use it to provide the best in patient-centered care.

The HealthInsight Quality Award Program was launched in September 2004 to promote transparency in health care. HealthInsight aims to help providers improve health care and help patients become more active and informed participants in that care.
