New Family Medicine & Urgent Care Clinic in Ephraim

Ephraim, UT — September 2025 — Revere Health is expanding access to care in Sanpete County with the opening of Ephraim Family Medicine & Urgent Care, offering full-scope Family Medicine, including Obstetrics, and Urgent Care services.

Located at the edge of the Snow College campus on 191 South Main Street, the clinic will provide convenient healthcare for both Ephraim residents and Snow College students. By combining Urgent Care with comprehensive Family Medicine, including Obstetrics, the clinic is designed to meet a wide range of healthcare needs close to home.

The care team will include Dr. Cary Judy, DO, Drake Mason, FNP-C, Myrissa Thomas, NP, and Amy Vanderherp, PA-C. Together, they bring extensive experience in Family Medicine and patient-centered care, ensuring consistent access to high-quality services for the Ephraim community and Snow College students.

Clinic hours for Ephraim Family Medicine & Urgent Care are:

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
