Spanish Fork, UT – June 18th, 2024 – Revere Health proudly announces the addition of Scott Moberg, DO, to its esteemed family medicine team. With a commitment to compassionate care and a wealth of experience, Dr. Moberg is poised to significantly impact the health and well-being of patients in the Spanish Fork community.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, where he majored in Spanish, Dr. Moberg earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Liberty University. Following his education, he completed his residency in full-scope family medicine at Intermountain Health’s Utah Valley Family Medicine. Dr. Moberg’s dedication to excellence is evident through his board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Moberg enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children. He is an avid enthusiast of endurance sports and outdoor exploration, and he also dedicates his time to coaching youth athletics, demonstrating his commitment to community well-being.
