With a background rooted in military service and a passion for whole-person care, Dr. Robins brings a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and dedication to his patients.
Dr. Robins believes that true health begins at home, shaped by daily habits such as exercise, balanced nutrition, hydration, restorative sleep, and stress management. He emphasizes the importance of addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health as interconnected elements of wellness. His approach centers on empowering patients with knowledge and options, encouraging them to make informed decisions that reflect their personal values and long-term goals.
A veteran of the U.S. Army, Dr. Robins carries forward the discipline, integrity, and teamwork instilled during his service into his medical practice. He works closely with each patient to create personalized health plans focused on prevention, sustainable lifestyle changes, and minimizing reliance on medications whenever possible. His clinical expertise spans chronic disease management, lifestyle education, in-office procedures, and care for patients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Dr. Robins earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Pacific Northwest University, completed his internship at Madigan Army Medical Center, and his Family Medicine residency at Martin Army Community Hospital. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and a Master Herbalist through The School of Natural Healing. His distinguished military service has been recognized with multiple commendations, including the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and the Parachutist Badge.
