Scheduling telehealth appointments online is currently unavailable, but that may change. In the meantime, click here for more information on telehealth.

Some departments have more complex visit types and scheduling rules, so it takes a little longer to integrate them into the system. We plan to eventually offer online scheduling for every department at Revere Health.

DOCASAP is the name of the platform that hosts our online scheduling service. DOCASAP is part of Optum.

Yes. It is completely free to schedule an appointment online.

No. If you want the system to remember your information for next time, you can log in with Google or create an account with DOCASAP. Otherwise, you can proceed as a guest user.

Yes. When prompted, you can enter information details for someone else and schedule for them.

You can elect to receive notifications via text and/or email. You can decline appointment notifications, but you will always receive an email confirmation of your booking.

When you complete your booking, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to cancel/reschedule.
