Bio | Aaron Peterson, PA, completed his undergraduate degree at Weber State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry. He later earned his graduate degree in the Physician Assistant program at Duke University. In 2022, Aaron was named Preceptor of the Year by the University of North Carolina Medical School’s Physician Assistant Program. Aaron served for almost 10 years as a paramedic and firefighter for the Ogden and Layton City Fire Department. As a paramedic, Aaron was responsible for taking individuals to the emergency department, but he often did not know what happened to them after that point. This inspired him to pursue the Physician Assistant program and eventually become a primary care provider. Aaron’s goals as a Revere Health provider are to provide excellent care and help individuals and families understand their complex cardiac conditions so they can live fulfilling, high-quality lives. When Aaron isn’t busy with patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing games, reading, exercising, and participating in triathlons. Aaron has also served in his church and volunteered as a patient-tech at Maliheh Clinic in South Salt Lake. |
