Bio | Brian Clements DO, FACP obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology at Idaho State University and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also completed his residency training in Philadelphia. Brian is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Fellow with the American College of Physicians. He specializes in internal medicine with an emphasis on diagnostic medicine, diabetic care, and hypertension management. Dr. Clements has also trained future physicians at the University of Utah’s internal medicine residency program. Brian loves to figure out issues that are not readily apparent. He tries to be a good listener to gain a better understanding of his patient’s individual needs. He works with each patient to create a personalized treatment plan and does his best to share evidence-based medicine during his appointments. Brian strives to educate his patients about complex medical issues while respecting their autonomy to make their own healthcare decisions. He enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with his patients and helping them traverse various health challenges throughout their lives. Brian is in an exciting transition in his life where most of his children have entered adulthood, and he has recently become a new grandfather. Brian and his wife like to go to warm beaches and read books along the shore. Brian enjoys serving in his church and community and loves to gather with family and friends. |
